•  Service Refusal: We want to ensure everyone has a great time, so we reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.

 

•  Gift Cards: Please note that our gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash. Treat yourself or someone special!

 

•  Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule, just give us a 48 hour heads-up ,

 

•  Cancellations: If you cancel, please remember that your session will be forfeited !

 

•  Arrival Time: To keep things flowing smoothly, we ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We can’t accommodate early arrivals, but we’ll be ready to welcome you when it’s time!

 

•  Grace Period: We have a 15-minute grace period. If you're running late and arrive after that, unfortunately, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

 

•  Our Promise: If we ever need to cancel your appointment, no worries! We’ll help you reschedule.

 

•  No Call/No Show: If you miss your appointment without letting us know, your deposit  be forfeited.
